Who cannot participate because of the Second Phase rule?
The current official TG LAWCET/PGLCET counselling portal states that candidates who were allotted a seat in Second Phase but did not report to the allotted institution are not permitted to participate in Final Phase counselling.
The restriction also applies to candidates who received a Second Phase allotment and then cancelled that admission.
The opening of Final Phase does not override this restriction.
