RBI keeps the policy repo rate unchanged at 6.50%
The Reserve Bank of India’s Monetary Policy Committee kept the policy repo rate unchanged at 6.50% during its August 2024 meeting, while retaining its focus on bringing inflation progressively closer to the official target.
